MSWMovement Literacy

Level A1 focusses on the basic postural and functional aspects that will enable the development at later stages. Learners should be able to perform each element with control, confidence and consistency.  Session design is games, play and discovery based.

Level A2 introduces specific ways of travel which will require specific teaching and correction and extends upon the postural development through more challenging movement patterns as well as those involving greater strength. The introduction of increasing difficulty with the introduction of A2.4 will require the positive framing of challenge.

Overhand Strike (colsed skill)
